  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 c shortening
  4. 6 to 7 tsbp water

Filling

  1. 1c sugar
  2. 1/4 c flour
  3. 2 tsp lemon juice
  4. dash of salt
  5. 5 to 6 c blueberries
  6. 1 stick unsalted butter

Directions:

Starting with 6 cups of blueberries, mix a cup of sugar, a dash of salt and a quarter cup of flour to thicken the berries.

Once the blueberries have been mixed add the butter to the mix.

Once the butter has been added, fold over the edges of the crust and put the dough on top and sprinkle some sugar on top.

Baking:

For those who are looking to bake the cobbler in the oven, bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
