The Broken Arrow Police department issued a Silver Alert for 60-Year-Old Dean Humphreys.

He was last seen in the 500 block of South Hickory Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. 

Police described Humphreys as 6'01, weighing around 150 pounds with dark brown hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt with “Heart Walk” written across the center, cargo shorthand white sneakers.

Humphreys is believed to be in danger. Humphreys is displaying early signs of dementia, as he is described as forgetful.
