Bartlesville Residents Continue To Endure Water Shortage

City leaders have renewed the ongoing Stage 3 restrictions, meaning that city pools will remain closed.

Bartlesville officials have not ruled out going into Stage 4, if the current conditions don't improve.

They continue to stress that the city will not run out of water.
