Father And Sons Found Guilty In Delaware County Killing

A federal jury convicts a Delaware County man of killing another man with the help of his two sons. 

James Buzzard was convicted of first degree murder for killing Jerry Tapp in 2019 and shooting Tapp's girlfriend in the wrist.

His sons, Cody and Dakota Buzzard previously pleaded guilty to lesser charges for their involvement in Tapp's murder.
