A Bartlesville veteran celebrated his 104th birthday on Monday.
He spent the day doing what he loves with the people he's called friends for decades.
Harold Turner is one of the founding members of a 55-Plus Activity Center. That afternoon, friends gathered to celebrate the oldest member with BINGO and a birthday cake.
Harold Turner spent his special day with his nieces and BINGO buddies.
He's been playing BINGO there every week for the last 35 years and used to be a caller.
Harold was born November 13, 1919, in Barnsdall, Oklahoma and served in the National Guard.
He also flew missions in B-24 and B-17 planes with the Army Air Force during World War II.
He and his late wife, Leona, moved to Bartlesville in 1981 after he retired from Conoco.
"My marriage of 73 years. That was the most happy time of my life, I think,” said Harold.
His niece, Judy Archer, a widow, recently moved in to help him and says they like to watch TV and go on rides together.
"I have a twin sister, and her and I went on trips with them,” she said. "That's what we remember most, was the trips we took with them."
As Harold celebrates another year, he continues to inspire others.
"He is a very witty, sharp man, funny,” said Loretta Miller.
When asked if he felt 104, this is what he said.
“No, not today,” he laughed.
