Man In Hospital After Being Hit With Car In Tulsa

Tulsa Police say a man is in the hospital with a head injury after he was hit by a car Sunday night in Tulsa.

Investigators say the man, who is deaf, was walking in the street along Admiral, where there are no sidewalks, and the lighting is very poor.

Police say the driver who hit him stayed on scene and is not expected to be cited.
