Man Shot, Killed At Sand Springs Gas Station; Suspect In Custody

A man is dead after he was shot in a car in Sand Springs on Tuesday morning, according to police.

Police said they were called out for a disturbance at a gas station in Sand Springs near Highway 97 and Highway 412.

Police said they found a man dead with gunshot wounds inside a white vehicle.

A suspect was also found at the scene and taken into custody, police said. The suspect admitted that he was in the car and shot and killed the victim, police said.

The victim has not been identified at this time. Police have not released any information about the suspect.

Several officers are still on the scene where crime tape is blocking a section of gas pumps.
