Magic City Books To Host 'Spicy Shakespeare' Event

A new local theatre company is bringing the romance of Shakespeare to Tulsa.

On Friday, some of the most beloved moments from Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and more will be performed at Magic City Books. It's part of the Tulsa Shakespeare Company's Valentine's Day program. Creative Artistic Director Brock England and Actor Ibrahim Buyckes joined News On 6 to talk about "Spicy Shakespeare."

Spicy Shakespeare is on Friday evening at 7 at Magic City Books. Tickets for seats are sold out but there is still standing room available for free.
