Man Accused Of Exposing Himself Arrested By Tulsa Police

A man is in custody accused of exposing himself four different times, police say.

Tulsa Police arrested Tavius Collins and said he exposed himself to a woman at a gas station near 51st and Lewis in July 2023.

They said he did it again in September near 71st and Sheridan and then again in October. That last victim said it happened two days in a row.

He's also accused of going into a woman's apartment in the summer of 2023.
