Tulsa Regional Chamber Plans 'Big Dam Party' For Zink Lake On Labor Day

Labor Day weekend in Tulsa this year is going to be exciting as the new Zink Lake is set to open.

it will be 4 days filled with a celebration that's being called the Big Dam Party. Renee McKenney is President of Tulsa Regional Tourism and she's here to talk about what's going on!

The event will include the grand opening of Zink Lake and Whitewater Flume, Williams Crossing Pedestrian Bridge, and Gathering Place's Expanded Riverfront. A big feature this year is the world's largest rubber duck will be floating for all to see.

Visitors can also register for Tulsa's Great Raft Race and the Big Dam Run. There will be a parade and live music including a Hanson concert.

The 4-day event happens on Labor Day weekend 2024 at Zink Lake and Gathering Place.
