Wagoner County Woman Pleads Guilty To Second Degree Manslaughter

A Wagoner County woman pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter after deputies say she watched her husband overdose and die and never called 911.

Investigators say Melissa Junior-Birk refused to call 911 because she had warrants.

She was sentenced to three years in DOC custody.
