Around 100 PSO workers left Tulsa on Monday to travel to Corpus Christi, Texas.

The crews are going there to help with the expected power outages caused by Tropical Storm Francine.

Francine formed in the Gulf of Mexico, and forecasters said it's expected to be upgraded to a hurricane before it makes landfall along the Texas and Louisiana coasts.
