Oklahoma City Thunder players Cason Wallace and Dillon Jones visited the Mitch Park YMCA in Edmond over the weekend.

Wallace and Jones served as guest coaches in youth scrimmages for boys and girls.

50 kids from YMCAs across the OKC metro got to experience a day in the life of an NBA player.

Kids participated in a youth media day, skill drills, and mock interviews.

Rookie Dillon Jones spoke about the event and what it meant to him.

"It does a lot; it's an opportunity for me to come out in the community and show my face, show them who I am, and introduce myself to everybody," Jones said. "For me, I’m a community guy that loves to give back as much as possible. This is one of my first events I was doing, but I’ll be surprised if you don’t see me a bunch more."
