Tahlequah Man Sentenced To Prison For Deadly 2023 Shooting

A Tahlequah man will spend 25 years in prison for murdering a man in Stilwell.

A federal judge sentenced Timothy England on Monday.

He went to a Stilwell home in 2023, waited for the victim and opened fire with a semi-automatic rifle, hitting him three times.

England pleaded guilty back in April to a murder charge and will not be eligible for parole.
