CLEET Executive Director steps down amid investigation

The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) is under new leadership following the resignation of Executive Director Darry Stacy.

The agency confirmed Stacy stepped down from his position last week. Sources told News On 6 that Stacy resigned the same day he was notified he was the subject of an administrative investigation.

It is unclear what prompted the investigation. CLEET has not released additional details.

Deputy Director Marcus Williams is currently serving as acting director.
