A 36-year-old man from Adair died at the hospital two days after a crash in Mayes County, authorities say.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Chad Flickinger died at a Tulsa hospital after being admitted in critical condition after the crash.
Troopers said the crash happened just after 6 a.m. on Kenwood Road, about six miles east of Salina.
Investigators said a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old man was passing another vehicle in a no-passing zone. That resulted in a head-on crash with the car Flickinger was driving, troopers say.
The 18-year-old refused treatment at the scene. There's no information on if that driver is facing charges.
