Southbound Highway 75 reopened near Owasso following head-on crash, multiple hospitalized

A head-on crash on Highway 75 near Owasso sent multiple people to the hospital on Thursday, authorities say.

4:25 P.M. UPDATE: The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office confirms a person driving northbound in the southbound lanes caused a head-on collision. They said people in both vehicles were transported to a hospital. Highway 75 is back open.

The southbound lanes of Highway 75 are closed beginning at 96th Street North near Owasso due to a head-on crash, authorities confirm.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office told News On 6 at the scene that deputies and OHP Troopers are working the crash and that traffic is closed.

So far, no details on the collision have been released.
