Ingredients:
1 C. low-fat yogurt, plain1/2 C. orange juice with calcium
1/2 C. strawberries, frozen
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 T. honey
1 T. wheat germ
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit.
