Ingredients:
1 pound Sausage, hot or mild
12 ounces Cheddar Cheese shredded
3 cups of Bisquick mix
Directions:
Mix all three ingredients together with your hands. The dough will be stiff. Roll into balls and bake on cookie sheet in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Can be frozen and baked later.
