Ingredients:
4 oz crab meat2 T garlic aioli
1 T fresh chives

2 c lettuce mix
2 boiled eggs
2 boiled potatoes
2 roasted beets
handful of blanched green beans
oven-dried tomatoes
1/4 c nicoise olives
1/4 c vinaigrette
salt & pepper
fresh chives
Directions:
Gently fold crabmeat with aioli and chives; set aside. Toss all ingredients, save lettuce together with vinaigrette. Top with dressed lettuce.
