Ingredients:
1 cup Wydldewood Cellars Elderberry Wine1 cup worchestershire Sauce
1 - 2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 - 2 tablespoons onion powder
salt
pepper
Directions:
Mix the wine, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder. Pour mixture over meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the meat sit in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator, turning it at least once or twice. Grill over charcoal and add remaining marinade over the meat as it cooks. Serve with mushrooms and onions in butter and wine sauce.
