Yield:
4 servings, 2 pieces each
Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes4 tablespoons light cream cheese or *fat-free cream cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 tablespoons Italian style bread crumb
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 425 degrees
Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Core and remove seeds from tomatoes
Fill each tomato with a layer of cream cheese.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese
Place tomatoes on foil or in a foil pan.
Cover and cook on grill or in oven 10-12 minutes or until heated throughout and cheese is lightly browned
