Yield:
2 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tsp. dried basil
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables. Yield: 2 cups.
