Ingredients:

2 1/4 sticks butter, softened
3/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 chopped pecans

Directions:

Cream sugar, vanilla, and butter. Mix in flour and salt, stirring well. Add pecans. Form batter into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 10-13 minutes or until they begin to brown. Let them cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar. Let them cool and roll again.
