Yield:
16 servings, 2 tablespoons each
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese, softened1 C. fat-free sour cream
1 packet (1.4 oz.) dry vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
¼ C. chopped green onions
¼ C. chopped red bell pepper
1 box ( 9 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add next four ingredients and mix well. Blend in spinach. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
