Ingredients:
2 Poached Eggs1 Biscuit Split
4 Oz Turkey Leftovers, diced
1 TBSP Diced Onion
1/2 Minced Jalapeno
2 Bacon Strips, Diced
1/4 Diced Sweet Potato
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Clove, minced
1 TBSP Cilantro
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Saute Vegetables, Bacon and Garlic Together. Add Heavy Cream and reduce. Add Cilantro, Salt and Pepper and serve over eggs.
