Most neighborhoods in Tulsa are dealing with the same things right now, downed trees and tree limbs, power outages and ice. News On 6 reporter Rick Wells set out to find a typical neighborhood to see how residents are struggling to cope with the ice storm. East of downtown Tulsa, Rick found people checking on their own trees, checking on their neighbors and wondering what will happen next.
