STROUD, Okla. (AP) -- Federal, state and local authorities are investigating a double slaying near Stroud.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown says the incident happened about 5:15 AM Sunday at a residence on Sac and Fox Land in Lincoln County.

Brown says the person thought to have been involved in the slaying apparently drove to Seminole, where deputies were investigating another crime scene.

Officials were trying to determine exactly what had happened. The identities of those involved have not been released.
