The Tulsa Christian Ministerial Alliance spoke out Monday against recent negative attacks by some of the candidates in Tulsa's mayoral race.

Doctor Warren Blakney, pastor of North Peoria Church of Christ, says attack ads don’t achieve anything and the candidates should focus on the city's needs. "there are many in Tulsa and all across the country who have become so tired they've simply disengaged themselves, they no longer listen and many of them no longer vote."

Blakney also claims a candidate’s behavior in a campaign is reflective of how they will perform in office.
