Tulsa Police say weather is not to blame for an accident in downtown Tulsa about 5:15 AM Thursday.

Police said a southbound car ran a red-light at the intersection of Archer and Cincinnati and then hit a mini van.

No one in the van was injured. The driver of the car was taken to a Tulsa hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
