OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Oklahoma House approves a bill to allow pharmacists to refuse to fill certain prescriptions.
The bill applies to medication that would terminate a pregnancy or assist suicide.
State House author Thad Balkman says pharmacists should not be forced to participate in activities they believe are sinful.
The bill now proceeds to the Oklahoma Senate.
