A Tulsa County man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of his brother.

26-year-old Benjamin Smith is accused of shooting 22-year-old Samsun Smith on March 2nd.

Authorities believe the killing was intentional. Smith is being held in the Tulsa County jail without bail.
