A man who got into a fight at a Tulsa landfill is in the Tulsa County jail.

Deputies say 55-year-old Gary Sutherland assaulted a worker at the landfill business, then left, but returned with a shotgun and threatened to kill employees.

He refused to drop his gun for Tulsa County Sheriffâ€™s deputies and sped from the scene.

He later lost control of his truck, crashed and was arrested.
