Tulsa Police were able to end a 13 hour standoff peacefully.

It all started when a security guard tried to stop a man tampering with the railroad tracks. The man pulled out a knife and ran off, so the guard called Tulsa Police. The SWAT team found him holed up inside a house at Pine and Harvard.

After hours of negotiations, the man walked out just after 9 AM Thursday. Police say he is mentally ill and was taken to get treatment.

The standoff blocked off a couple streets in the area, disrupting some businesses.
