This wreck was so bad the crushed rear end of the car was in one place and the mangled front end was in another.

Sgt Mike Huff: "Early this morning police and fire were called here to apache and cincinnatti where there is a catastrophic looking wreck where a car came into two pieces after it hit a pole."

But police say this isn't just a case of a driver losing control. They believe this red car was involved in some sort of a chase with an 80s model, brown chevy caprice with tinted windows.
Officers say the young men in the caprice opened fire on the red car before it slammed into a light pole. Investigators say the passenger died at the scene the driver was taken to the hospital, where he also died. Now police are looking for that brown caprice and the driver.

Sgt Mike Huff, Tulsa Police: "but it does appear that there was a shooting in progress as this death occurred so we're going to investigate it as a double homicide."

Another homicide kept officers busy in west tulsa. They taped off this house near Tacoma and Bowen late Friday night. Police say when they arrived a woman was waiting in the front yard.
They say she told them a man came into this house and shot her boyfriend and another man.

Sgt Glen Moore, Tulsa Police: "we have one subject that died here at the scene and like I said the other subject was transported to the hospital."

The second man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
And now police are searching for clues and trying to track down yet another shooter. Ashli Sims The News on 6.
