A former Hominy "citizen of the year" has been ordered to stand trial for the murder of a waitress.

Roy Westbrook is charged with first degree murder in the July 2005 shooting death of Rebecca Clements. She was shot three times at the Hominy Diner.

Investigators say the motive appears to be a dispute over a house owned by Westbrook and once rented by Clements' sister.
