OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The chairman of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is being given 15 months probation in Texas after pleading no contest to driving while intoxicated.

Douglas Riebel of Oklahoma City is also being fined 500-dollars and must pay court costs of 332-dollars.

Riebel was arrested in Fort Worth last November after leaving a race at the Texas Motor Speedway.

A spokesman for Governor Henry says Riebel's plea should not affect his serving on the turnpike authority.
