JAY, Okla. (AP) -- The Jay School District and four former employees are facing a second sexual discrimination lawsuit filed by two former female students.

The federal lawsuit filed in Tulsa names the school, former Superintendent Doug Spillman, former assistant Superintendent Gary Brewster, former Principal Mike Seifried and former bus driver Will Stroud [pictured].

It says Stroud committed sexual abuse against the two when they rode a school bus he drove during the 2003 school year. It also accuses the district and former administrators of failing to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct by Stroud.

A previous federal lawsuit by two other former students has been settled.

Stroud pleaded no contest to second-degree rape and lewd molestation charges in March 2005 in a plea-bargain agreement. He's now serving a 15-year prison sentence.
