OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- State college officials say rising construction costs may force them to reduce or delay several planned construction projects.

The rising cost of steel, diesel fuel, plastics and cement have resulted in bids for the projects that are millions of dollars more than expected.

Construction projects are planned on every campus in Oklahoma as part of a $475-million bond issue passed by the state Legislature last year.
