SAPULPA, Okla. (AP) -- A man crashed his car while trying to elude authorities, fatally injuring his 18-month old daughter, sheriff's deputies said.

Paige M. Brown of Depew died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital, Creek County District Attorney Max Cook said.

Kevin M. Brown, 21, is accused of second-degree murder, child abuse and drunken driving.

His car rolled while he was speeding away from a deputy sheriff's car.

Brandon G. Brown, 2, and Stephanie Brown, 18, mother of the two children, were also in the car, but were not seriously injured in the crash.
