TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) -- Another mistrial's been declared in the case of a woman charged with first-degree manslaughter in the death of a Northeastern State University student.

20-year-old Trisha Denae Catron of Tahlequah was on trial for the third time in Cherokee County for the July 21st, 2003, death of 21-year-old Andrea Doyle.

Authorities say jurors deliberated more than eight hours before revealing they were deadlocked late Friday.

Catron's first trial ended in a mistrial after Doyle's father discussed the case in front of jurors outside the courtroom. Her second trial ended in a mistrial when problems arose with witness statements.

Doyle died in a head-on collision. Court records show Catron was driving 83 miles per hour and had a blood-alcohol level of .22. The legal limit is .08.
