A man got the beating of his life when he ended up inside a stranger's apartment with his pants around his ankles.

The man was released from the hospital and booked into the Tulsa County jail Tuesday. Tulsa Police are now testing his DNA to see if he's connected to three east Tulsa sexual assaults.

News on 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright says the bizarre incident happened in the 10900 block of East 23rd Street. A 3-year old girl was sleeping in her parent's room when she saw a stranger in her house, use the bathroom then wander into another room with his pants down. So, she woke up her father. When the father got up to check the apartment, sure enough, he found a man passed out on the bedroom floor with his pants still around his ankles. That's when he punched the man in the face and forced him from the house.

The fight moved outside and neighbors wanted to know what happened. When they find out the man had been naked in front of a little girl, an affidavit says at least six people began beating him with boards and lawn furniture.

You can see from his booking photo, that Erik Reyes got the stuffing beat out of him. He's in jail right now for burglary for being in the apartment, indecent exposure because the girl saw his privates and soliciting a minor for a sex act because police got a report Reyes propositioned a 10 year old girl the day before.

Sgt Whitney Allen with Tulsa’s Child Crisis Unit: "We have reports the suspect was extremely intoxicated and we're not sure if he intended to go into the house or if it was an accident that he ended up there.”

Tulsa Police will run lab tests to see if Reyes could be connected to three sexual assaults that happened at three addresses in April. Those victims ranged in age from 51 to 14. Detectives think those three cases might've been committed by the same man, but are not connected to Tulsa's serial rapist who has attacked seven victims.

Records show Reyes does not have a job or permanent address in Tulsa. His driver's license listed a Juarez, Mexico address.
