The state medical examiner says a man who disappeared on the Illinois River earlier this year apparently drowned.

A-Chang's body was found last June in about 3 feet of water.

Chang's friends and family suspected foul play because of racial slurs hurled at the group the previous night. But the autopsy report showed no signs of foul play.
