ANTLERS, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 65-year old motorist suffered a fatal heart attack before his pickup truck careened into a fence in Pushmataha County.

Ellis Ludlow Junior of Broken Bow was pronounced dead on arrival Sunday at the Pushmataha Memorial Hospital in Antlers.

Troopers say the incident occurred at 10:42 AM on Oklahoma Highway 3 about seven miles west of Antlers.

Ludlow was driving the pickup when he suffered a heart attack, ran off the roadway and drove through a fence before coming to rest.

No one else was injured in the collision.
