Two men have been arrested, after throwing firecrackers at Tulsa Police.
It happened near 21st and Garnett shortly after midnight. Police say a car drove by an officer and the men inside the vehicle tossed firecrackers at him.
Tulsa Police tried to stop the suspects and chased them to the Meadows Apartments at 29th and 116th East Avenue where they ran off on foot. They were quickly captured.
Police say the car had a broken steering column and may have been stolen.
