An arbitrator has ordered the Tulsa Police Department to re-hire an officer who was fired two years ago.

Officer Anna Cowdrey was arrested by fellow officers and fired after she was accused of stealing money and merchandise from the department's property room where she worked. The judge dismissed Cowdrey's embezzlement trial for lack of evidence.

The department has 15 days to offer Cowdrey her job back and she'll have 15 days to accept.
