KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) _ It says a lot about the state of Kansas football that coach Mark Mangino felt compelled to announce not only who would start at quarterback against Oklahoma, but also who would finish.

Mangino has made nine quarterback switches while losing the past two games, but says Brian Luke will start against O-U and he wants Luke to finish the game.

While Kansas is 3-and-2 and O-U is 2-and-3, the Sooners are 1-and-1 in the Big 12 and Jayhawks are oh-and-2 and Oklahoma has settled on Rhett Bomar at quarterback.

Kickoff for Saturday's game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City is set for 6 p-m.
