A chain-reaction accident on Highway 412 near the Tulsa County-Osage County line, killed one woman late Thursday evening.

Troopers say a car lost its right front tire. As it was pulling off into the median, investigators say a van rear-ended it.

The van was hit by an SUV, throwing the woman from the van.

Another car trying to avoid the wreck, hit the woman, killing her.

The victim's name has not been released.
