Tulsa County Election Board secretary Scott Orbison died Saturday in a Tulsa hospital. He'd been sick for several months.

Orbison was a Tulsa business and community leader who served on the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education for more than a dozen years. He had headed the OSU Alumni Association and was a member of its Hall of Fame.

Scott Orbison was 85.
