Investigators believe nearly a fifth of those killed in Oklahoma traffic accidents last month were alcohol related. And more than half were "not" wearing seat belts.

The state Department of Public Safety says 55% did not buckle up. In all, 54 people died in wrecks last month. Investigators believe at least ten crashes were alcohol related.

Of the March fatalities, eleven victims were 17-to-20 years old. Tulsa County had the most deaths with eight.
